MICHAL ROSA
ROSICKI

Music Producer,  Creative Audio Director, Multi-Award Sound Engineer,
CEO & Co-Founder of RED PRODUCERS

" Creativity comes from authenticity. Trust your internal compass, not external approval. I move by instinct — not by trends or validation. I shape sound into worlds that invite you in and change the way you feel.”

                      - Michal ROSA Rosicki

MICHAŁ “ROSA'' ROSICKI is a music producer, multi-award sound engineer, and creative audio director who treats sound as architecture and emotion as its foundation. He is the CEO & Co-Founder of RED PRODUCERS — an independent hub where sound, art, and technology meet, and where artists and producers work together to prove that teamwork itself can be an art form.

With over 25 years of experience and a degree in Sound Engineering from Wroclaw University of Technology, specialising in audiophile productions of the highest quality, Rosa has worked in more than 40 countries — from Carnegie Hall with Motion Trio in New York, to Vienna Konzerthaus, Tokyo’s La Folle Journée, and Copacabana Beach in Rio.

He is also the first independent Polish music producer to work in Abbey Road’s legendary Studio 2 — the historic room once led by Sir George Martin, where The Beatles, Oasis, and countless icons defined the timeless reference of sound. In May 2025, he gained international recognition as the producer, executive producer, and creative director behind Karo Glazer’s historic “Live at Abbey Road Studio 2” session — the first solo concert by a Polish artist ever performed in that space.

His productions have earned Gold and Platinum Records, Fryderyk Awards, Deutscher Schallplatten Kritik, All About Jazz NY Awards, FPFF Golden Lions, Golden Globe World Media Festival, Top Ten World Music Albums, Deutschen Rock & Pop Preis, Prix Gus Viseur, Grand Prix MFF Denver, Labo Experimental Genevee, Jazz Press Award and Best Classical Audiophile Recording by Hi-Fi i Muzyka. Yet for him, the real award is when sound makes people feel something real.

Throughout his career, ROSA has collaborated with world-renowned artists and orchestras including Herbie Hancock, George Duke, Leszek Możdżer, Dr. L. Subramaniam, Michael Nyman, Ken Vandermark, David Murray, Peter Brotzmann, Theo Jorgensmann, Marcin & Bartlomiej Oles and Miguel Czachowski, as well as ensembles such as WDR Rundfunkorchester Köln, Deutsches Filmorchester Babelsberg, and Aukso.

“Know the rules — so you can break them effectively.

Technology is just a tool. Mistakes and accidents give a recording its character — the sound of creative rebellion.”

ROSA has spent his career building bridges between creativity and technology shaping sound that connects emotion, precision, and storytelling: "music is a conversation between the artist and the listener — my job is to enhance the impact of that dialogue". As a Creative Audio Director, Executive Producer, and Live Sound Architect, he leads productions that fuse analog warmth with digital innovation — from Dolby Atmos and vinyl mastering, to live and broadcast sound, from theatre, ballet, and film, to installation music and creative consulting for artists, labels, and companies.

In RED PRODUCERS, he constantly builds a team of creators, engineers, and innovators who merge artistic vision with technological mastery — from recording, editing, and mixing intimate studio sessions to large-scale concert productions and immersive audio experiences. ROSA also acts as a mentor to a new generation of music producers and creators, sharing his experience through collaborative projects and creative teamwork.

This educational mission naturally evolved into RED PRODUCERS Academy — a space where young talents learn the art of sound, teamwork, and independent creation directly from industry professionals. Together, they build projects where creativity becomes teamwork, and teamwork becomes art.
