RED ACADEMY is a community-building initiative by Red Producers, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of music creators, producers, composers, musicians, and visual artists. It offers educational projects, workshops, and mentorship programs designed to help young talents develop both their artistic skills and professional mindset.

The academy’s programs are led by the founders of RED PRODUCERS together with renowned international producers, industry experts, and guest artists, combining real-world experience with hands-on guidance. Through a mix of webinars, one-to-one mentoring, and collaborative workshops, participants gain practical knowledge and direct feedback that accelerates their growth.

While the initiative is partially funded by public grants, its high artistic standards and innovative approach have made it grow steadily each year. To date, nearly 700 young creators have taken part in various Red Academy activities, building skills and connections that empower them to enter the industry with confidence. The academy is not just a training program — it is a creative ecosystem where education meets practice, and where collaboration sparks new ideas and projects.
