ANOWA

Singer, Songwriter and Executive Producer

“If you think you’re too old for something, you’re probably right. Art has no age. And if you’re afraid of failure, just start playing like a child. It’s no big deal. You can always find that part of yourself again.”

ANOWA (Agnieszka Nowakowska) is a singer, songwriter, and executive producer working within the RED PRODUCERS collective. In her music, she blends emotional clarity with feminine maturity, creating a space where vulnerability becomes strength.

Her artistic and professional path is rooted in a rare combination of business experience, psychological knowledge, and creative intuition. She supports emerging artists in songwriting, shaping their artistic identity, and navigating production. She enjoys working with talent at every stage, but especially with those who need encouragement to take bold steps toward their own artistic language. During the Songwriting Blockchain Academy, where she led the songwriting module, participants repeatedly described her as the most empathetic member of the coaching team.

For years, she struggled with the courage to speak in her own voice. It wasn’t until her forties that she debuted as ANOWA with her first album "Najbliżej siebie" ("Closest to Myself"). It was a turning point that solidified her commitment to creating and to helping others express themselves with authenticity.

“When I was a child, I got hooked by my dad on the classics of the 60s, 70s, and 80s, which certainly had a strong influence on my aesthetic.”

Her journey into music took shape during the work on her debut album, produced by Karo Glazer. Collaborating with established producers helped her develop a style that fuses emotional depth with the confidence of mature womanhood. She sees art as a complete universe: when a song emerges, she already imagines the color palette of the cover, the visual direction, or the mood of the video. This is why she gravitates toward creators who enjoy experimentation and value the energy of open brainstorming.

ANOWA loves writing on commission for artists. She naturally merges artistic instinct with a strategic communication approach. For her, conversation is essential: it helps shape an artist’s individual language, ensuring that every line truly sounds like their own song.

She holds a degree in philology with a specialization in linguistics, completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Communication Management, and is currently pursuing Art Therapy. Before stepping fully into the world of music, she spent many years in personnel consulting, managing recruitment, training, and HR development projects for medium and large organizations. She also runs her own business, combining managerial, sales, and marketing experience with an empathetic, human - centered approach.

At RED PRODUCERS, she is additionally involved in social initiatives such as Music is Her Name and Red Academy, supporting projects where music, education, and empowerment meet.
